Catpaw – diary of an angry cat

I’d love to go to Romania! I know, I know, not exactly a hot tourist destination, but I really want to go. The untouched architecture, the villages full of history, the castles, the Black Sea, medieval towns, the Danube, the endless history, need I go on?

Man.. I need to win a lottery or something. Maybe I can get the Romanian government to sponsor a Tour that I can blog about? Will take many photos and post them! Will blog about everything I see! What do you think? Anyone know the Romanian leader? No? Damn… guess I’ll have to wait.

This will have to go on my list of places to see before I die. Its all part of my plan to visit as many Unesco World Heritage sites as I can. Romania has 7 places I’d like to add to my list. I can see spending a month easy, just traveling to the Unesco fortified villages. Sigh… should have been born filthy rich rather than short and brilliant. I’ve already “collected” an impressive list of Unesco sites. I’ll write about them soon.

I also want to see Bulgaria (have to see the Thracian tomb!), back to Germany, England, France, Netherlands, Hong Kong and more. I also need (not want – need) to see India, Peru, China, the Silk Route, Samarkand, Japan, New Zealand, Cambodia, Austria, Hungary ….

Oh heck, just pull out an atlas and point – I want to go there! Poo… I’ll have to wait till I save enough money…. reality sucks.
