		<description>I am INCREDULOUS that anyone should think it&#039;s a good idea to let cabbies use their phones whilst driving, for all the reasons you so succintly state. 
Lets just take some time out for a moment to ponder on which groups of drivers are the most notorious - anywhere in the world - for arrogant dangerous driving - hmmm, could it be cabbies??
Now, if they want to get the cabbies more business, maybe they should be saying leave your car at home, take a cab so you can use your phone in the car - but not the cab driver!
