Catpaw runs a small computer consulting firm in Toronto, Ontario that specialises in serving the home and small office market. Many of Catpaw’s customers are excellent people with virtually no computer skills, or patience to master more than the necessary skills.

Catpaw supplies customers with lessons, technical support, help in purchasing equipment, cleaning out viruses, fixing broken systems, sorting out software needs, helping with digital cameras, etc. In short, dealing with whatever their computer needs are.

This blog was setup to share the information gathered over the past 15 + years as a tech support person, teacher, web designer and more.

Who laid out this lovely design?
