in Microsoft Windows, and Visual Studio (KB924667)
in Microsoft Windows, and Office (KB918118)
in Microsoft Word (KB929434)
in Microsoft Office (KB932554)
in Microsoft Internet Explorer (KB928090)

Use Internet Explorer’s Windows Update feature in the tools menu to get this patch.
